Apply 2-3 pumps of Dance to your Mitty.
Apply to clean dry skin with circular motions, working in sections. Use sparingly on elbows, knees and blend onto hands. Continue to apply until desired depth is achieved. Wait 15- 20mins between applications.
Final coat should be applied 2 hours proir to competing for best results.
Also use after an application of Base has been applied, developed and rinsed the day prior.

NB - Dance tan is a makeup like product therefore some transfer may occur. Avoid direct contact to the arm pit area as excessive sweating may effect the outcome of the product.
